Massage Therapies

For guests who want to sample a massage. Rather than a full body massage, you can instead customize your experience by specifying the needed areas
and desired pressure.  
 

All Regular Massages   60/90 Minutes - $65/$95 

Swedish:
It is best known for relaxation, relieving muscle pains and increasing circulation.The pressure is light to medium touch. Long strokes, kneading and friction techniques combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

Deep Tissue:
The technique of deep and firm pressure massage is designed to target those specific pressure points and muscles. A full 90 minutes version is highly recommended to achieve maximum relaxation. 

Sports:
This tension relieving massage begins with stretching to help loosen the muscles. The combination of deep tissue and sports therapy techniques will ease tight muscles and reduce stress.

Pre-Natal Massage
Our well trained therapists will use special techniques and the table designed for Mom-to-be to relax and relieve muscle pain and comfortable throughout the session.

Reflexology
This specific massage focuses on pressure points, joints and the muscles of the legs, feet and hands to relieve your aches and pains. Organized around a system of points on the hands and feet that are thought to correspond, or "reflex" to all areas of the body.

Craniosacral
This therapeutic massage focuses on neck, head and shoulder's specific points spots to relieve pain, increase good circulation and reduce stress. Releases blockages in the circulation of the cerebral-spinal fluid, allowing energy in the spinal column to flow more freely.

Neuromuscular
Applies concentrated finger pressure to "Trigger Points" - painful irritated areas in muscles. To release the cycle of spasm and pain.
