Things to Remember While You're Here

Our clients’ relaxation is one of our most important goals here at Columbine. So we have a few items that we ask of all visitors:

Try to arrive early before your scheduled treatment to enjoy
a dry Sauna or Shower.
For appointment in the luxury garden suite, please bring a bathing suit and arrive 30 minutes earlier if you wish to use the hot tub. Bathing suit must be on at all times while you are in the hot tub.
Please do not shave on the day of getting body wraps and body scrub services.
As a courtesy to other clients, please turn off the cell phones and pagers.
Payment for services should be done beforehand. This is also a good time to schedule your next appointment. This will ensure
relaxing exit of our facility.
As a simple courtesy to our therapists, 24-hour cancellation
notice must be given on individual treatments and 48 hours on
any package. We will charge $25 for late cancellations and FULL CHARGE on un-cancelled appointments.
